Refund policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files (PDFs, digital content) are final once the download link has been accessed. We cannot offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded.
Exception:Â If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your digital product, please contact us at bobworldbuilder@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return:Â Contact us at bobworldubilder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing:Â Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:Â If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bobworldbuilder@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
